If you do not sleep well then it is dangerous for your health. It also affect your physical and mental health, fitness, mind power and enjoyable life. Sleep is essential for the normal, healthy functioning of the human body.
Sleep is defined as a state of unconsciousness from which a person can be aroused. Research shows that poor sleeping habits can lead to more than just a case of the yawns. For a working person minimum 7 hours of sleeping at night. Most of Americans are sleeping an average of 6.9 hours a night, and although they may just feel a little sleepy during the day.
Lack of sleep at night changes our body hormones and also affect on body movements. same like more sleep is also causes on health. More sleep causes increasing weight, laziness.
So, Sleep is very much important for healthy life.
