Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living being. In human being, it is the general condition of a human's body, mind and spirit. Health is dependent on quality of life, life style, fitness, society and person''s individual behaviors.
Now a days health is more important than other all. Many Health related problems arise because of lack of care for health, busy life styles, junk food and lack of sleep.
