Drink water is good for healthy tips.


                Most of peoples do not drink enough water everyday. Do you know that our body is made of 70% water. Water is more important because it is needed to carry our body functioning, remove Extra waste from body, oxygen and carry our nutrients in different body part. We spoil out water every day through breathing, bowel movements, urine and perspiration.

           So there is a need of water in our body...
