          Oxygen is a vital source of life. You may know how to breathe, but are you breathing properly?


         Most of us don’t breathe properly – we take only shallow breathes and breathe to 1/3 of our lung capacity. take a long breathe as you can breathe and leave breathe completly then again take a full breathe.

           Athletes are coached proper breathing techniques to get their best performance. A full breathis one where your lungs are completely filled, your abdomen expands and there’s minimum movement in your shoulders.

            Like fruits, vegetables are also important for the well being of our healthy life. Expert suggest that a healthy person should have 4-9 servings of vegetables/fruits, and unfortunately most people do not even have at least 4 servings.

For a working person minimum 7 hours of sleeping at night. Most of Americans are sleeping an average of 6.9 hours a night, and although they may just feel a little sleepy during the day.

     Lack of sleep at night changes our body hormones and also affect on body movements. same like more sleep is also causes on health. More sleep causes increasing weight, laziness.


  So, Sleep is very much important for healthy life.
