Health Tip:pick bright colored food not processed food



         bright colored Fruits and vegetables are usually low in oxidants. Anti Oxidants are good for healthy life because they remove free radicals in our body that effects on our cells. So get different colored fruits/vegetables like,
 
Yellow:   pineapples, mango.
     Red:   tomatoes, watermelon, apple,strawberries.
  white:   bananas, mushroom.
   Blue:   blackberries, Eggplant, prunes.
Orange:  Orange, Papaya.
  Green:  guava, cucumber, lettuce, celery.

So use different different Colored fruits day to day...!!!



Same for healthy life, cut down on processed food because processed food are not better for health.
Reasons for cut down on processed food.
1. The presevatives added are bad for our health.
2. moost nutritional value is lost.
 

              Whatever the process food that are not in the original(raw) form. It contains more salt which leads to heart diseases and higher blood pressure. In general we can say that the food in malls and supermarkets are processed.

So go for the natural food only...!!!
