health tip:Don't Drink alcohol and cut out Soft Drinks


              Drinking a soda and caffeine meaning that they speed up the rate of urine production. So that these soft drinks do not contribute to your 7 glasses of pure water per day that is the requirnment. Soda is not good for your health that cause weight gain and also affects your teeth sensitivity.

 So ditch your soda and go for the fresh fruit juices and plain pure water.


             Like caffeine, alcohol(wine) is diuretic. Alcohol is repeatedly proven to have negative effect on your body, health and your family also. It is impacting on the proper functioning of our liver, lungs, brain and other major organs like heart. Mainly alcohol affect on pregnent women, heart patients and teenagers.

            It's time to cut out, if you drink alcohol regularly.
