Health Tip: feel full stop eating



              Many person never know that they are full or not. They just eat and eat till food is not over or plate is empty. you should look at internal cues, such as whether your stomach feels full or not. Don’t feel obligated to eat just because there’s still food at the plate. If I eat till I’m totally full myself, I feel uncomfortable as my digestive system goes into overdrive. Use your gut as your indicator.


           So always eat 90% of your food and then stop it.

Smoking is very bad for all human beings. Research has been proven that smoking is detrimental to health, kidney cancer,   severely increasing the risk of lung cancer, esophageal cancer, heart attack, and much more. if you are a smoker, quit it for better health of not just yourself, but also your family,friends and society.

If you don’t smoke, stay that way and do not start.




You have to avoid passive smoking. Because it causes many long term diseases as direct smoking diseases. It is highly impact on pregnant women. It affects pregnant lady and his child also.

Get away from smoking and alcohol. Get away from smokers and avoid cigarette smoke where you can.

So It is time to give up and be a healthy person.

Health Tip: Benefits of Regular walking



1. stamina is increased day to day:- Regular walking improves muscle power, strength and fitness.
2. Improves mental health:- If you are able to walk outside from your house like garden, sea shore then it is very good for your health. You know that regular walk is stress buster. And very important the combination of exercise and fresh morning air is very very excellent for your mood and mental health.

3. It is a great exercise:- Walkin is free and easy to do. It is also lose your weight. If you are walking 40 to 50 min/day at steady pace, then it has been proven to be fat burner. A good speed of walking is 1km/10min.

4. Good for muscles and bones:- Research says that all the body parts are working whenever you are walking. Walking a 40 minutes/day increases bone destiny and slow down pain of joint bones. This easy and low impact exercise targets our legs, hips, body and spine.

If you have a pet like dog then always walk with your pet. It is useful for time pass and also give you company to walk.

               Walking is the best exercise for health and most important it is free and easy. walking at a steady pace for 30 to 50 minutes per day is excellent for weight loss and fat burner. A good speed of walking is 5 to 6 km/hour. Walking is known as reducing blood pressure.

Health Tip:pick bright colored food not processed food



         bright colored Fruits and vegetables are usually low in oxidants. Anti Oxidants are good for healthy life because they remove free radicals in our body that effects on our cells. So get different colored fruits/vegetables like,
 
Yellow:   pineapples, mango.
     Red:   tomatoes, watermelon, apple,strawberries.
  white:   bananas, mushroom.
   Blue:   blackberries, Eggplant, prunes.
Orange:  Orange, Papaya.
  Green:  guava, cucumber, lettuce, celery.

So use different different Colored fruits day to day...!!!



Same for healthy life, cut down on processed food because processed food are not better for health.
Reasons for cut down on processed food.
1. The presevatives added are bad for our health.
2. moost nutritional value is lost.
 

              Whatever the process food that are not in the original(raw) form. It contains more salt which leads to heart diseases and higher blood pressure. In general we can say that the food in malls and supermarkets are processed.

So go for the natural food only...!!!

health tip:Don't Drink alcohol and cut out Soft Drinks


              Drinking a soda and caffeine meaning that they speed up the rate of urine production. So that these soft drinks do not contribute to your 7 glasses of pure water per day that is the requirnment. Soda is not good for your health that cause weight gain and also affects your teeth sensitivity.

 So ditch your soda and go for the fresh fruit juices and plain pure water.


             Like caffeine, alcohol(wine) is diuretic. Alcohol is repeatedly proven to have negative effect on your body, health and your family also. It is impacting on the proper functioning of our liver, lungs, brain and other major organs like heart. Mainly alcohol affect on pregnent women, heart patients and teenagers.

            It's time to cut out, if you drink alcohol regularly.

Health Tip:Less Sleeping of teenagers


If you are getting less than four or five hours of sleep every night and wake up early the next day almost seems to be the norm for many teenagers. This sleep problem can be zap your energy, reduce study concentration and damage your mood also.

Dr Toh Song Tar says that "studies have shown that "people who sleep at least seven-eight hours of sleep have lower mortality rates than those who sleep less than four hours at night."



 
Teenagers Should have get at least nine hours of sleep at night, otherwise their physical growth may be affected. Because during sleep, the body releases a growth hormone at night and it is important for the teenagers.

Causes for teenagers for less sleep:-
  •    Watching late-night television stress.
  •    Online chats with friends.
  •    Worrying over unfinished business.
  •    Playing video games late at night.
 So Take at least eight hours of sleep at night.
