Fill up your kitchen with colorful vegetables and fruits. Use the foods that are fully with proteins. Forgot processed food. It is not only food but also consider how to eat food? Take your food seasonally. Do not take much more food at one time.
Day to day exercise maintains your health. Never keep a single day for exercise. If you are not doing exercise daily then start doing exercise by walking, running and swimming in morning or if you have no time at morning you can do exercise at evening of take a walk after dinner.
First you have to avoid the diet pills and related pills that affect your body and also your mental conditions. Stop taking alcohols and drugs. Take pleasant sleep. Do not sleep more than 10 hours and not to less than 6 hours. This is good for working persons.
