How to start Exercise daily

Most of the people want to start exercise but they can not do it. because they have no idea
about how to start exercise. The best way to start exercise is that "to keep in mind that i
have to do it". Give challenge to your self to exercise for 30 days continuously. It works for
you to start exrcising.


There are many problems to start exercising. Some of them are described here...

1. Busy shedule, no time
Decide to take a time for the exercise for morning or evening. Take atleast half an hour for
exercsie in begining days.

2. Keep update yourself
There are number of ways to keep update like text message, alarms, call from your friend.

3. Don't leave a single day.
make it awesome and pleasurable
Start walking in garden with your friends or with your pet... Walk in natural environment.
you can here music on your phone like mp3, radio.

4. Start with the small exercise
Start your exercise with walking, running and swimming. not do hard exercise in early days...

5. Never skip a single day
If you skip a single day, you become lazy of your exercise. Never say "I will do it tomorrow".


So take challege with yourself and become the daily exerciser.
