Healthy Tip: how to live healthy life

Many people say that I am healthy person just by the daily working and able to work 10 hours per day. But they do not know about the healthy life. Healthy life is not only to work and fit in their life. Healthy life means to live longer period of healthy life. I have many suggestions and tips to live healthy life.

In our life there are many factors that affect our health daily. Some of the reasons are food, stress, tensions, working, anger and mentally pressure.
Here are the some simple but effective tips and formulas to keep your health as you want.



  • Take Healthy Food: - 

Fill up your kitchen with colorful vegetables and fruits. Use the foods that are fully with proteins. Forgot processed food. It is not only food but also consider how to eat food? Take your food seasonally. Do not take much more food at one time.





  • Exercise Daily: -

Day to day exercise maintains your health. Never keep a single day for exercise. If you are not doing exercise daily then start doing exercise by walking, running and swimming in morning or if you have no time at morning you can do exercise at evening of take a walk after dinner.




  • Avoid Unhealthy and bad habits: -

First you have to avoid the diet pills and related pills that affect your body and also your mental conditions. Stop taking alcohols and drugs. Take pleasant sleep. Do not sleep more than 10 hours and not to less than 6 hours. This is good for working persons.





  • Always remember good hygiene: -

Take bath daily, it keeps you fresh. Brush your teeth daily. Regular brushing yxur teeth as much as strong and prevents the gums and cavities and also prevent the heart dieses. Always clean your feet and hand that prevents dieses that is the reason for the foot dieses. Change your clothes and socks one in a day.

How to start Exercise daily

Most of the people want to start exercise but they can not do it. because they have no idea
about how to start exercise. The best way to start exercise is that "to keep in mind that i
have to do it". Give challenge to your self to exercise for 30 days continuously. It works for
you to start exrcising.


There are many problems to start exercising. Some of them are described here...

1. Busy shedule, no time
Decide to take a time for the exercise for morning or evening. Take atleast half an hour for
exercsie in begining days.

2. Keep update yourself
There are number of ways to keep update like text message, alarms, call from your friend.

3. Don't leave a single day.
make it awesome and pleasurable
Start walking in garden with your friends or with your pet... Walk in natural environment.
you can here music on your phone like mp3, radio.

4. Start with the small exercise
Start your exercise with walking, running and swimming. not do hard exercise in early days...

5. Never skip a single day
If you skip a single day, you become lazy of your exercise. Never say "I will do it tomorrow".


So take challege with yourself and become the daily exerciser.
