Ohh... it is too dangerous for your health. So reduce yor intake of fast food, chips, wedges and fries and other food that have been fully fried. Deep Fried food contains many chemicals like acrylamide. Do you know that a oil of one tablespoon has 120 calories. personal experiende on oily food that when i consume fried foods,i feel sluggish.
